Iraq, 250 fils, 1980.  Palm tree.

This design appeared on the reverse of the Iraqi circulation coins from 1967 to 1982.

Royal Mint documents state that Mr Colley modelled the palm tree that appears on the Bahraini circulation coins of 1965.

I do not know whether he also designed it.
