Dear Aditya,

The average cost of each PNC comes to about Rs. 20.00 (Rs. 5.00 For FDC + Rs. 2.00 for Coin Holder + face value of the Coin + Rs. 1.00 for the Glue etc.)  :) :) :)

Actually, I make my own PNCs. Just see this link for the method.
