I'm using google chrome. May be Indian servers are not allowed to show images posted using imageshack?

I have not had any problem today. Maybe there is a problem with that domain in your Internet Service Provider. Have you tried typing www.imageshack.us in your browser?

Yes and it works perfectly. But embedded images aren't visible here...

And what happens if you type the image URL in your browser?
I guess it works ok. I googled it and it seems that sometimes when you have some kind of domain where your page includes imageshack images, the site will not show them for you. It seems you have to register the domain in the specified URL, but at the moment it does not work for me.

It doesn't work for me  except images of  frog in transparent box ::)

Either   while Using Google chrome and MS Internet explorer.


If I'm not wrong

Usually it happens if you paste image URL  from original folder (for any use at different forums ) & subsequently change the location of image to another folder or so ........

Then image pasted would not show image to due conflicting URL something like it

Since only Indian members are not able to see the embedded images posted using imageshack, I think it has something to do with Indian servers...

HI, everyone.

Same thing here. I have worked all day, literally, to list coins for George Cujah and the results are NONE! Images Shack has changed something...after I load, no images show...unless I select "show fullsize" or something like that.

But it gets worse. I learned to use those "fullsize" images, put them in an e-mail (George prefers Images and not the computer lingo) and the images disappear and all I have is the ...what's it called, html??...or something like that...so frustrating. So my whole day of researching, and shrinking coin images to exact size as George requested was for naught. I'm rather annoyed.

Windows XP here...it worked a few weeks ago when I sent my first images to George. Now...somwthing is changed and I can't get ANY images in an e-mail...correct size or not...not as an attachment either...GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. 

Maybe I'll have better luck with Photobucket???

FWIW, I have good experience with Flickr. No stuff to download, batch processing, things just work.

Photobucket works perfectly fine with me, I have been using it for quite a long time now.

I'm really not interested in creating one more account now (with imageshack). I already have so many accounts on various sites (e-mail, FB, other SNSs, some numismatic forums etc etc).. :-X
