Do we know if any of the following (which would be a new circulation type) are to be issued this year, or are they to remain sets only for the time being?

France : 50 Cents, 1,2 Euro
Germany : 10, 50 Cents, 1 Euro
Portugal : 2 Euro
San Marino : 10 Cents, 2 Euro

Also, do we know what the plans for Monaco / Vatican circulation coins are this year?

Thanks to some hard work from one forum member I now have a full set of Euro circulation coin types,
but I dislike gaps!

According to Henning Agt http://www.euro-auflagen.de/ these pieces will not be issued "loose" this year.

Yes, they have to, according to the monetary agreement that the Vatican has with the European Union. Half of the annual issue volume has to be issued at face. But what denomination(s) they will pick ... who knows. Definitely not all eight.

If I'm not wrong, following countries will issue (I mean in circulation standards) all the 8 denominations:

The Netherlands (in rolls only)
Italy
Spain
Finland (already available)
Luxembourg (already available)
Estonia (already available)
Spain
Ireland

Austria, Greece, Cyprus (Unconfirmed)

And following countries will not issue all the 8 denominations: (Denominations in bracket exist only in sets or will not be struck at-all)

Portugal (10c, 50c, €2)
Germany (10c, 50c, €1)
Slovenia (all denominations except €2 CC)
Slovakia (5, 10, 20, 50, €1)
Vatican (all except 50c) (Unconfirmed)
Belgium (2c)
France (50c, €1, €2)
Malta (all except €2 CC) (Unconfirmed)
San Marino-No idea!

There have been some rumors that Monaco will issue a €2 commemorative in proof.
