The divider was also used extensive by engineers, at least in planning and design.
We used it extensively in our first and third year,in engineering drawing and in process equipment drawing :)

Thanks guys for the help. I think this coin has been completely explained now. Interesting to show all those things on a coin and they stand for progress. Wonder if they have a coin with a computer with a cad program on it.
