Most of the WW II stars were issued Unnamed. They have been  engraved with the names privately afterwards.

I searched the UK national archives online, but didn't find Sundar Singh. I did conclude that 9924 is probably a service number and Rajput probably a regiment. No idea what N.K. stands for.

I also found Sundar Singh's medal group. They are:

1.WAR MEDAL.
2.INDIA SERVICE MEDAL.
3.THE ITALY STAR.
4.THE 1939-45 STAR.
