The two coins are the same type coins issued by jahangir, when he was governor of Allahabad during the later part of the rule of Akbar.

I can see the RY (or is it Ilahi) date 39 or is it 49 on one coin which is not there on the other coin. However most coins on Zeno have the date inscribed at 9 O'clock position and not at the center. Is it normal?

Oesho

There is quite a bit of variety in this series. The coins of Allabad are known from Ry.45 to 49. All Ilahi months are represented, but some coins are also without Ilahi month.
The Ilahi month is written below the word Hamesha. When an Ilahi month is engraved below Hamesha, the word following it, Hum-Chu, is engraved more compact, to make space to insert the Ilahi month.
On both your coins the word Hum-Chu is engraved rather elongated and therefore no room to inscribe the Ilahi month is left.
The Ry. is probably off the flan on coin 1 and is Ry.49 on coin 2.
