CAN YOU GIVE DETAILS OF THIS PRINCELY STATE OF INDIA BANKNOTE SIGNATURES

It is not exactly a banknote but a sort of 'Hundi' or IOU.

Reads:
Shri Hazoor Trust Havalo, Dhrangadhra State. Numbered 318, Dated 1st of May 1918 (a VS date). Value Rs 50. Signed by (on left) Divan (Prime Minister), Dhrangadhra State; (center) Accountant xxxxx( I am unable to read) and (on right) Maharaja zzz Saheb, Dhangadra.

An IOU of the state for a sum of Rs 50.
