Games are over ,  >:DInquiries ongoing may be after few years court proceeding such coins will appear.

My source in RBI has informed me that they have received the coins but haven't got the permission to start their distribution from government. They haven't appeared on ebay also. So wait and watch..

There is no official Date on which Common Wealth Games 2010 Coins were officially issued, even there is no photo in Common Wealth website or News item about the official release of the Commemorative coins.
These coins should have been sold as Mementos in the Shops in Delhi for the players and the Visitors, but only the God know and not Government officials as to why these coins was never released to general Public, I hope to get these coin and delivery of Proof and UNC sets before the next Common wealth Games.
Does any has the Photo of the Release function and date of Release

Any update about this "Controversial coin"  due to world commonwealth associated with it (lot of scams being investigated after completion of such games in 2010.)

I would say unlucky coins of 2010 , isn't it ?

Received my coin set from Kolkata today

I also received them today. Have you noticed the quality of the packing material? The coins are not properly centered and the quality of packing is going down day by day.

The Common Wealth Coin has has error, on the top right hand side of the logo TMC is written in small letter, indicating that trade Mark and Copyright, but in the coin by mistake they put a big DOT in place of TMC just above 2010, which just not explain or use of DOT on the coin instead of TMC
