Yes, I can see where that idea came from. The logo does indeed introduce the unification and jubilee idea quite well and the head makes the coin certainly better than the official design, in my opinion. Using a silhouet makes the design modern-looking, as well as simple enough for a small coin. All in all a very good design. Still, I favour http://www.webalice.it/annovi.frizio/p_eurofantasy25.html (the young lady with the kokarde.) May we see her in metal one day.
