However, my coins are nowhere...

That's what I fail to understand. How these dealers are able to get the sets much before they are issued to the collectors?

On Ebay india we can to have many new coins ,5 rupees commemorative and coins with new logos.The problem is we can buy but we can not make the payment by paypal because all the seller accept Paysa pal and not paypal. I have seen many coins that i have not,for a very good price but is not possible to pay (i think that you have understood my english )

Yes, I had booked the set online, on first day itself. Actually, I had asked for a change in the address. To re-confirm the same and to my surprise, they gave me a call and told that the set was being dispacted to your new address.
