Your design is certainly more interesting than the official logo of the Visegrad Group. However, it reminds me strongly of a British coin, issued for the British EU chairmanship.

From their web site, it seems a bit of a parlous undertaking, without too many concrete results on their name, but you'd have to be on the inside to be able to judge them.

Here is another coin with four hands forming a square. Nah, wait ... three forming a "C" or so.

This piece was issued in Portugal two years ago and honors the AMI (Assistência Médica Internacional). See the attached image, or look here: http://www.incm.pt/site/loja?codigo=100046&type=produto_detalhe  The price of €5 refers to the coin card version; part of the funds raised this way supported AMI's work. The raw piece was available at face.

Yes. Better. The symmetry made the coin "too round". Moving the dates out getting more perspective in the hands adds depth. I wonder if the effect of the depth on the hands is not lost on a struck coin, though.

What Peter said. :) This version looks better than the previous one, and the four hands are a good symbol. But whether we like it or not, circulation coins - including €2 commems - usually have a fairly flat relief ...
