Dear kimo, good job you have posted coin #119. I think this coin and coin 119 are similar. The word " Sa'id سعيد " is clear on both coins. So it is a Mamluk coin and Sa'id refers to " abu Sa'id al-zahir Sayf Al-Din Barquq  السلطان الملك الظاهر ابو سعيد (سيف الدين) برقوق ".
Mamluks, Burji dynasty, al-Zahir Sayf al-Din Barquq, 1st Reign, Dimishq (Damascus) mint (AH 784–791/1382–1389 AD)
Reverse (Left photo):
السلطان  , al-Sultan
الملك الظاهر  , al-Malik al-Zahir
ابو سعيد سيف  , abu Sa'id Sayf
الدنيا و الدين  , al-Dunya wa al-Din
Obverse (Right photo): Circle of big dots:
Center: برقوق , Barquq
Al-Malik al-Zahir Sayf al-Din Barquq (الملك الظاهر سيف الدين برقوق) was the first Sultan of the Circassian Mamluk Burji dynasty of Egypt ruling from 1382 to 1389 and 1390 to 1399. Born to a Christian father in Circassia, Barquq was enslaved and later arrived in Egypt.
