and I need your help identifying it from what era and year and what is written on it

I guess this one is too far gone. It received 46 hits until today. Perhaps there is a clue in Balog?

I would guess it is Mamluk. The right side is the Kalima side, with "Muhammad Rasul Allah" in the center.
From the fragments on the left i cannot immediately come up with the name of a specific ruler.
But compare with this category on Zeno, which suggests Qala'un.
