Mehmed II (محمد ثانى), commonly known as Mehmed the Conqueror (ابو الفتح, abu al-Fatih, lit. 'the Father of Conquest'), was an Ottoman Sultan who ruled from August 1444 to September 1446, and then later from February 1451 to May 1481.
Serez, Sérres, Siroz (سيرس) is a city in Macedonia, Greece, capital of the Serres regional unit and second largest city in the region of Central Macedonia, after Thessaloniki.

Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".

Small change

Beautiful coin, stupido, with most of the design on the flan.

I include this one, also from Siroz (Serez) dated 855 H but not as nice, to highlight the different-shaped cartouche on the obverse.

Album #1308.1 and Zeno, e.g., #160682. See also Numista #143993.
