Re-starting online meetings!

It was a painful decision to end our monthly series of meetings, but I needed more help and it didn't materialise. That situation evolved with the Grand Numismatic Alliance. It provided the extra hands needed. The WoC volunteers agreed to come back, reinforced by Krishna. The stage was set.

We put together a new procedure, taking into account the wishes and experience of the three partners. The new series will not be the same, but I am sure you will find it at least as enjoyable as the old series, as we now have access to the networks of the owners of Zeno and Numista.

We are aiming for meetings on Sundays in February, May and November of each year with four, rather than three speakers. As before, while we will want to have a speaker on tokens and oriental (rather than Indian) coins, every other numismatic subject will be welcome.

The new poster with all the details of the first meeting, next month, will soon appear on WoC in the usual place. For now, you can go here to see why you ought to attend.
