Afghanistan, Civic Copper with a sword / Balkh

Not sure if much can be taken out of this coin. Overstruck and either weakly struck or damaged.
The sword looks finer and not as bold as usual.

It seems to me that's a civic copper of Balkh, not far from this one; another sword is likely off.
Remains of the mintname are present on the other face : " بلخ "

I believe to have found a close match in Valentine 31 page 167.
So it should be Kabul mint.

Not Valentine 31 (a kind of star) but n°37 maybe ? on which the "flower and sword" pattern is close but, for me not the same,  fractions of "Kabul" are hardly legible on reverse on your coin, but I can be wrong...
