Duke Hugh IV or Duke Hugh V (Burgundy)

I bought this coin, which was advertised as being one of Hugh V, but looking through numista I found that there are no coins minted under Hugh V. However, there is this same coin under Hugh IV. Was this just a simple mistake by the seller?
