Some IPSs like Ratlam, have similar coins.

Dear wrongmove, turning right photo 90 deg clockwise; your coin details:
Ottoman, Suleyman I the Magnificent, AH 926/1520 AD, Copper, Qustantiniyah mint (AH 926-974/1520-1566 AD)
Obverse (Left photo):
Nine dots within central circle; around the circle there is something like hearts shapes.
Reverse (Right photo):
خلد ملكه  , Khallada Mulkahu
سليمان  , Suleyman
ضرب  , darb
قسطنطينيه  ,   Konstantiniyye / Qustantiniyah, modern-day İstanbul, Turkey
Suleiman I (سليمان اول), commonly known as Suleiman the Magnificent in Western Europe and Suleiman the Lawgiver (سلطان سليمان قانونى) in his Ottoman realm, was the longest-reigning sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1520 until his death in 1566.
Similar to Numista N#229029 & N#318849.

Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".

Thanks Maythem.
I tried Zeno, Numista but I can't find coins which have similar weight. I know online databases are not complete.

It came with quite few Kachcha Paisa's of central India. And weight is similar to Paisa. But

Thank you wrongmove, I was thinking about the weight because Suleyman's Manghir is not as heavy as 12.30 gm as the case of your coin. But the style of your coins is similar to Suleyman's Manghir, and I can read the word " Suleyman سليمان " on the right photo.
