Inscriptions in arabic. Probably from Eypt. Denomination is 10 millimes
On the obverse I read (top) Canteen? the rest is even less clear to me

Tried this one on Google translate. The software couldn't even read the numbers. All I can add is that left picture, end of central line is the figure 4.
