Sword between two dots/flower/circles and writing on back - looks like Falus
size -18mm weight - 3.80

Any ideas here please ?

Sounds right. That could be a darb on the right image, lower right quadrant.

Zerb(blue/Red) Balkh(yellow) Falus(Red)

Thank you Saro, you are right, there is no " zarb ضرب ", but " Peshawar پشور ,  پشاور ".
