Louis XIII 1639 no mintmark?

Hi, I could not find in the catalog the variant from 1639 with no mintmark.
Can it be "1 pellet" but was maybe eroded away?
On the variants with 1,2 pellets etc, the legend starts from higher up, not directly from under the bust, but probably varieties exist.
What do you think?

This is another sloppy coin from the private mints working for Isaac Texier (see here, mint is decribed as "workshops of the Rhône river valley". Dy 1372. Duplessy says they are in general without mint mark. A number of different dies are known.
