This little billon or silver coin is a riddle, it's almost blank, but you can see seven balls, a pleiad of balls, or is it six with something unrecognizable inside.
17 mm, 0.66 gr.
Can you help?

It is a misty coin, but some clarity is available...

I thought the balls motif depicts a coat of arms, possibly.

The balls of The Medici. Maybe to look after in Firenze:

Mind the two small balls within the six:

It took me a minute to understand :o !
Checking the time when the different messages in this topic where posted, I stumbled on Pellinores' second message at 12:20:05 AM "followed ::) " by my first at "11:30:45 AM"!
What the f...  ???
Ooooh ... 12:20:05"AM" is just a very odd way to say: 00:20:05 AM.
Yes! One has to keep the brain alert and flexible at this forum ;) .

I think you can set how you want the forum to display time.

Pellinore's message at 00.20.05 displays as such on my screen, see below.

Of course, it will be different if you're in a different time zone (I'm in CET).

JMP

Well ... have I ever!
Odd and "odder"  :D .
I live in Belgium and that has the CET too, I think.
Thank you FosseWay
So this forum is versatile also ... ::)
Good to know.
