I'll spare you the bureaucratic stuff and report on the meat only.

Cross references (Xrefs)
The ideal is to have Xrefs to the two partner sites on all three sites. The experience on WoC is that Xrefs add significant value, not only for the owner of the coin discussed, but also for users, as they give immediate and easy access to more information. Still, people have to be reminded to add them. Zeno has added a field for a Numista reference. It will remind its members to use the field. Numista is actively working on a way to add Xrefs. I have already seen a prototype and I am impressed.

Please keep adding those Xrefs. Do it for yourself; help others.

Discovery coins
This will be something that will be handled by moderators on all three sites. Discovery coins do not surface every day. For most moderators it will mean zero extra work, a few will be asked to spend very little time very infrequently on this. The generic picture exchange mechanism will apply: all three sites have a license to use pictures from other partners, except where Numista members have not chosen a license or use a stricter license than WoC or Zeno. Numista will have a look at a task tracker to help moderators see quickly if there is anything to do for them.

Exchange of tools
Zeno and Numista now have a list of tools and their URL on WoC. These are mainly pinned threads. Their quality varies from "has not been updated recently" to "great overview, useful for identifying a coin" Our partners will reciprocate with links to tools on their side. I will list them in a pinned post on the appropriate boards.

Using our partnership
The three of us were happy with how an issue with the Numista software had been handled on WoC. We agreed that the Grand Numismatic Alliance is a good way to handle appropriate issues in a friendly way.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.
