This I can hardly call a coin, it probably is a fabrication or a fantasy token with Armenian elements. It's somewhat large, too: 30 mm, 8.87 gr. Does it tell you anything?

Definitely a fantasy I'd say, based on the tanks of Levon I with the crowned lion on the obverse and the patriarchal cross with two stars on the reverse. My example is 6.8 gm, 28.5 mm so it is only a little oversized.

The engraver seems to have added a lion under the cross, which I don't think appears on any of these tanks. A fun thing.
