The date 1660 and the wheel of the Mainz shield can be seen, but I cannot catalog it

Not so simple :o !
With the date 1660, we have probably to do with the Mainzer Archbishop John Philip of Schönborn.
We see the coat of arms of Schönborn on the coin.
A coin of Bamberg (but 1717) however, shows us also the blasons of Mainz and Schönborn ..;
And the third shield on your coin could easely be the "Bamberger Löwe". Don't you think?

JMP

No! The third shield is from Würzburg and so is the coin.
It is a "Dreiheller" from the Bishopric of Würzburg under John Philip of Schönborn in 1660.
