This is the first time when  a serpent or a mythical creature has been featured on a republic of india coin
very exciting indeed, hope they dont release in multi pack multi die varieties
and hope they price them more economically

As per the information I've received, the coin will be issued by Mumbai Mint. There will be a special boxed pack which will be available at the Kaivalyadhama's store apart from the regular Folder and MDF of Proof and UNC sets.

Based on the knowledge and information I have, the government intends to close down MMTC, a long-time supplier of raw materials such as Gold, Silver, QA, and Cu-Ni platelets for India Government Mints. SPMCIL may need to initiate a new tender for a supplier, a process that takes time. Companies like Hindustan Platinum Pvt Ltd have previously supplied for such tenders.

Meanwhile, if you plan to purchase these Kaivalyadhama coins early, they are available for ₹11,000 for the MDF Box at Kaivalyadhama's website.

Wow, never knew that mmtc was the principle supplier
Always assumed that, atleast Mumbai mint refined and produced its own blanks
