Turkey, 10 para dated 1255 AH with an interesting official looking countermark if anyone can read it?

I'm not sure if the other stamps have any meaning,  one looks like is could be GB? and the reverse has an official looking stamp as well.

Dear apnbirdseye, in the following links, it shows a Greek 1880-1918 40 Para Kastro Thasos Countermarked On Ottoman AH1277 year Coin, with a similar countermark on your coin:
On obverse combination of countermarks of Plomari (Πλωμάρι) Lesvos.
"ΔΠ" [Δ(ημογεροντία) Π(λωμαρίου), Council of Elders of Plomarion - Lesvos.
A countermark written in Ottoman Turkish from Plomari (Πλωμάρι), the date in Hijri below "Plomari"; " 1306 ١٣٠٦ ".
Plomari (Πλωμάρι, پلومارى) is a town and a former municipality on the island of Lesbos, North Aegean, Greece.

That's a fantastic identification Maythem!

I had no idea it could be for use on Greek Islands, I've posted it on Fb and zeno and got no replies so I will have to update them, many thanks for your taking time to identify it!

A little addition : the full turkish counterstamp is "Pilmar (پیلمار) belediyesi"  (Pilmar/ Plomari  municipality)

Thank you Saro, you are right. So, the countermark is " Belediye Pilmar/Plomari بلدية پیلمار " , (Municipality of Plomari).
