BAT: 50 pence series 2023 75th birthday of King Charles III

To commemorate the 75th birthday of King Charles III, Pobjoy Mint will release a series of 50p coins for the British Antarctic Territory. The first coin in the series is now available for pre-order. It depicts Buckingham Palace, the place where King Charles III was born. The coin is available in copper-nickel diamond finish with a remarkably low issue limit of 950 pieces, and in sterling silver proof with an issue limit of 99 pieces.

The second coin in the series, depicting Trinity College, is now available for pre-order here. It will be released on 25 July.
