this coin 7 mm and 0.33 gr
the closest guess I can make is that it might be a chuckram like coin,
I think it is
anybody seen this before?

I'm afraid I have bad news. Searching Zeno turned up several matching yours, all labeled dubious, counterfeit, modern fake, fantasy.
