Civic copper of Rasht / 2 birds back to back

Hello all!
Was wondering if anyone can help identify this coin.
Weight is 16.59g
Diameter is 22.05mm

It may be a variant of a copper dam but was not able to find this coin when sifting though dam varieties.

my guess is that's a persian copper falus of Rasht, overstruck on an old persian(?) coin, similar in weight and poor script as this one or that one.

With a 180° rotation of your 1st picture, I see two birds back to back preening their tail feathers...

I confirm : "Rasht"

I had no idea that obverse has birds on it! Looks very clear to me now after reviewing some more photos of the designs of Rasht - many many thanks saro! I love the weight of this coin.
