It looks like an overstrike on an earlier type. Not much I can read, apart from the date. It needs attention from someone who can read Arabic...

Yes, looks like an overstrike, and it looks like a date just above the lower horizontal heavy line on the first photo. Maybe AH 1209 (approx. AD 1796)?
