Numista lists a quite similar coin, twice in weight (18,36g), with the mintname at bottom (ref 195065)

Would you say single and double falus or half and single falus or irregular flan? Are there other examples of multiple or divisional coins in the civic coppers series?

.Yes, it is possible to find coppers units and their various divisionals :1/2,1/3 or 1/4 / same mint, same design, same date, with weight fractions.. Generally not easy to gather !
ex : this one from Rasht is known with weights of 18g (quite common) and 4,5g , these last one unpublished it seems; the 9g weight coin is still to discover..
