Modern repro of Medieval Barcelona coin types

Hello, in my token collection I have some modern coin replicas; this one with "LV" on it as I understand is by La Vanguardia, Catalonia. I'd like to identify the coin they made this replica of.

It's a denier by Ramón Berenguer IV, who was count of Barcelona from 1131 to 1162.

Perhaps, but Cayón says the side with the legend is Ramón Berenguer IV (loose dots, letters not retrograde) and the side with the cross is Ramón Berenguer III.
