Very good grade. It cannot have been in circulation for long. A worthy entry into the index.

The last king of Portugal. He seems to have been a nice and capable king who believed in his country and was in sync with the times, saying he would "reign, but not govern". It was just that his times were not in favour of kings. He was succeeded by instability and dictators until Portugal turned a corner in 1974, over 6 decades later.
