Can someone help translate this swordsmith in Japan?

Japanese language experts, please help translate the characters on this blade.

I bought this when I was looking at a collection of coins, I don't know much about it but it feel like high quality. I'd say it is pre-WWII, but that is the extent of my knowledge of this wakeashi.
