I always keep track of my collection with Excel files.. And once in a while i create for some countries a "complete" list of all the issued coins in a certain time frame..  And 1 of my new 'focus' countries is India (1957-date) at the moment..  I found the 25 Paise always a difficult set, with all the km# varieties..
I think that i understand now all the varieties.. and now wondering if Numista is complete?
Maybe there are some websites where i am not aware of, where other varities are shown.. please let me know..
See below for my Excel list for the 25 Paise.. The green dates are in my collection, the light grey ones what is missing..  Almost all in my collection are from bulklots i bought per Kg..  ::)

We have plenty of collectors of modern Indian coins among us, $and€r. Many are also interested in € coins. There is an opportunity there...

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

In the list that has been posted I can see "1982" twice in light-grey. I can only see the other light-grey dates if I highlight the image by selecting it for being copied. Please post a clearer version of the list.

Thanks Mr Paul Baker

Some suggestions for your list.

For KM-47.1 and KM-47.2
You have these correct.

For KM-48.1, KM-48.2 and KM-48.3
In your list you should change KM-48.1 1967(B) to KM-48.2 1967(B).

For KM-48.4
This rather seems to be about the same coins as type KM-49.7. But being as the KM-48.2/KM-49.1 mule is Copper-Nickel rather than Nickel, the type number must be KM-49.7. So, KM-48.4 should be removed from your list.

For KM-49.1, (B) mint
In your list you should add 1980(B) [rare].

For KM-49.1, (C) mint
In your list you should remove 1988(C).

For KM-49.1, (H) mint and "C" mint
Ok.

For KM-49.2
Ok.

For KM-49.3
In your list you should add 1975(C).

For KM-49.4
Ok.

For KM-49.5
In your list you should add 1984(B) [rare].

Also, for KM-49.5
In your list you should remove 1990(C).

For KM-49.6
Ok.

For KM-49.7
Ok.

For KM-51, KM-52, KM-53, ok but before you have forgotten to include KM-50 1980(B), 1980(C) and 1980(H).

For KM-54
Evidently fine grass and bold grass versions are known not only for 1989(C) but also for 1997(C) and 1999(H), otherwise ok.

There could be something wrong in the various information above. Having used many sources for notes I made a while ago; I still find several of the smaller details for the above coins a bit difficult to confirm with certainty. However, this should give you a list that is more accurate than it was before.
