It's a persian civic copper of Dezful mint.
obverse (lower picture) : "فلوس دزقول"/ "falus Dezful"
Usually these coins have a floral pattern or a fish on the reverse; yours has twice "falus(Dezful?)"

If "falus Dezful" is clear on the 2nd picture, I don't think that the 1st one (at top) could be read as "falus Dezful" too, but rather (and with confidence) : "falus Shustar" / شوستر
Shustar is located just 60km S-E of Dezful and civic coppers of this city are scarcer than those of Dezful.
This coin has been first struck at Dezful (weight : 7,3-76g) and then re-minted further  at Shustar and thus shows both mint places...
A very interesting kind of mule in fact !
