1/2 Paisa ID help

Hello All,
I am looking to try an attribute this coin which i think is a 1/2 paisa issue.

Weight is 7.26 g and ~18mm & 3-4mm thick


It looks readable. I searched for Indian coppers with that weight and diameter in Zeno and got over 500 hits. Ouch. Let's hope someone who can read Arabic knows what the text on the coin says.

Peter, unfortunately not much on the flan to read. The only identifier is the 'Shri' in Nagari below the word 'Julus' in Persian.
It is still uncertain which state issued these...... The word 'Shri' is normally found on coins of Bhavnagar. However, some collectors attribute these coins to Baroda...........
