Murad IV ( مراد رابع) was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1623 to 1640, known both for restoring the authority of the state and for the brutality of his methods. Murad IV was born in Constantinople, the son of Sultan Ahmed I (r. 1603–1617 AD) and Kösem Sultan.
Sidre Kapsi (ﺳﺪرة  ﻗبسي), was a silver and gold mine active in the Byzantine and Ottoman periods, located in the northeastern Chalkidiki peninsula in northern Greece. The settlements of the region are known to this day as Mademochoria (mine villages). In the Ottoman period, a coin mint was attached to the mine.
