The script looks too coarse for a coin issued from an official Mughal mint ? (see the word "Shah")
the mintname (at left of 1st picture) seems to be written : " جونگر " : "Jungar" for Junagadh (which isn't the correct way)

Thank you Saro, you are right, the mint is outside the square of first photo at 9 O'clock, which reads " ضرب جونہ گر   Zarb Jungar for Junagadh ". See photo of similar coin, attached.
Junagadh (جوناگاد) is the headquarters of Junagadh district in the Indian state of Gujarat. Located at the foot of the Girnar hills, 355 kilometres southwest of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar (the state capital), it is the seventh largest city in the state.
Literally translated, Junagadh means "Old Fort".

Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".

So if the script is too coarse and full of spelling errors, what is the conclusion?

Peter
An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

The only conclusion that can be drawn is that it was a contemporary forgery................ The weight also points in the same direction.

I fully agree with Amit : a contempory forgery ;)

Thank you all for the details and to point out that it is a contemporary forgery.
