Ancient coins from Central Asia

Pls help to ID

Please present different coins in different threads. Part of the script on the upper left photo looks Mongol, while the script on the lower left seems Bactrian. If so, these coins belong on two different boards, but that is impossible if you put them in the same thread.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

THCoins

The lower one with the Tamgha is a coin of Ustrushana (current Tajikistan region). Possibly ruler Rakhanch, 7th century AD.
From the out of focus pictures is is difficult to give an opinion whether it is genuine.
