The Ottoman Akce, seems to fit the general category.
The first one shows the mint as Constantinople. Otherwise i can not give you a more specific attribution.

Dear Andy, I hope that I got the correct ID:
Ottoman, Mehmed II, the Conqueror (abu al-Fatih ابو الفتح), Billon Akce, Kostantiniye mint (1444–1446 and 1451–1481 AD)
Coin 1:
Reverse (First photo):
خلد \ ملكه ضرب \ قسطنطينيه , Khullida / mulkahu durba / Kostantiniye
Obverse (Second photo):
محمد بن \ مراد خان \ عز نصره , Mehmed bin / Murad Khan / azza nasrahu
Mehmed II (محمد ثانى) commonly known as Mehmed the Conqueror (ابو الفتح , 'the Father of Conquest'), was an Ottoman Sultan who ruled from August 1444 to September 1446, and then later from February 1451 to May 1481.

Ottoman, Ibrahim, AH 105x, Billon Akce, Kostantiniye mint (AH 1050-1058/1640-1648 AD)
Coin 2:
Reverse (First photo):
عز نصره  ضرب  قسطنطينيه  -١٠٥
,  Azza nasrahu / durba / Kostantiniye 105X
Obverse (Second photo):
سلطان ابرهيم خان , Sultan Ibrahim Khan.
Ibrahim (ابراهيم) was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1640 until 1648. He was born in İstanbul, the son of Ahmed I by Valide Kösem Sultan, an ethnic Greek originally named Anastasia. He was called "Deli Ibrahim" ("Ibrahim the Mad") due to his mental condition and behavior.

By the weight standard I would have thought that the first one would be more likely towards the end of the reign of Mehmed IV (1648-1687) rather than the Conqueror. I have a couple of akches of Mehmed II and they weigh 0.88-1.05 gm rather than 0.19 gm.

Thank you Alan, I started with Mehmed IV as an ID for coin 1, then I changed my mind because of the style of writing the word " Mahmed محمد ", so it is likely Mehmed IV as you said from the coin weight point of view. Unfortunately the date is not visible.
Ottoman, Mehmed IV the Hunter, Billon Akce, Kostantiniye mint (AH 1058-1098/1648-1687 AD)
Coin 1:
Reverse (First photo):
عز نصره ضرب  قسطنطينيه , azza nasrahu durba Kostantiniye, followed by date at the bottom (not visible).
Obverse (Second photo):
محمد بن ابرهيم خان  , Muhammad bin Ibrahim Khan
Mehmed IV (محمد رابع) also known as Mehmed the Hunter (Avcı Mehmed) was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1648 to 1687. He came to the throne at the age of six after his father was overthrown in a coup. Mehmed went on to become the second longest reigning sultan in Ottoman history after Suleiman the Magnificent.
