These countermarks are not uncommon on coins from this region and era. Difficult to retrieve the exact meaning for most.
An overview of the copper coinage of Luik can be found here (in Dutch)
In Dutch a countermark is called a "klop". There is a catalogus of kloppen by van der Wis. Some can be found here
