Another alternative is Valentine's Copper Coins of India, page 71. This is a pretty old book, but it is still useful, in particular because it gives translations of the legends. See also here.

I just secured a scan of this book. I will add it to the bookshelf as soon as possible.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

Reverse reads "Ek pai sikka" in Bengali, Urdu / Persian & Gujarati (?). Literally translated in to English means One Pai Stamp / Coin.
The Obverse reads (top to bottom) Shah (He of Shah forms the divider) Alam Badshah (He of Shah forms the divider) Julus 37 Sanah (lower divider).

Struck without mint name.
