Are you sure this is from Spain ?

Just on first sight i would judge this is Greek from Asia Minor.
Apollo / Herakles type from Sardes ?

I agree that it looks more like Asia Minor too, but I can't find a clear ID.

The obverse looks a lot like the Sarges Apollo head but I can't find any with those letter near the neck.

The reverse looks like Herakles standing left with lion skin over his arm but I can't find a Sarges coin like this.
