Just spotted that this year's coins were issued by *four* different mints - is that a record?!

1 and 5 cent: Lithuania
2 cent: Italy
10 cent, 2 euro: Netherlands
50 cent: Slovakia
20 cent and 1 euro: unknown

Interesting! Not quite a record; Greece did the same thing for its initial supply (the 2002 pieces were minted in Greece, Finland, France and Spain) but that is definitely not common either ...

Interesting! Involvement of 4 different mints is indeed not a record, but certainly highly unusual. Subtile differences in the designs reveal that the 20 cent and 1 euro were minted in Slovakia too, which is confirmed by the Euro Münzkatalog, the best euro coin catalog in existence. A shame that mintmarks are no longer being used on the Slovenian coins.

Is Euromünzkatalog online?  Do you have a link to it? Thanks!  Always on the lookout for good euro coin sites.

No, as far as I know it is only available in print. It is this book by Dr. Gerhard Schön.
