Lead token with oriental ? chinese characters

Hi, hope someone can help with this piece.  Assume it is a token and comes from China as it has what appears to be Chinese characters on it, and is 9.9g, struck in lead (I think).  Approximately 28mm diameter. Same design both sides, with slight differences in formation of characters.
