Islamic - tiny coin - silver...

Hello everybody...

For your expertise is a tiny, silver coin:  AR  ||  1.3 g  ||  12-13 mm...

Not much is visible but maybe someone owns a similar coin, or someone knows what is it:  e.g. Ruler, Year, Region...?!?!

I'm afraid I don't know what it is, but I think the inscription is the same both sides, which might narrow it down for someone?

Dear mti, the only word that I can read on the second photo is:
السلطان al-Sultan, may be followed by " Sanah سنه ", at the bottom.
Try Ottoman Manghir or Akce.
