Randstad is an employment agency in the Netherlands
But I suspect this is from a branch in Belgium?
The token has no Dutch size.
and he comes from kilos with many Belgian tokens in it

Figleaf

Since FREE TOOTHBRUSH is in English, Australia sounds more likely than Belgium. Randstad has an extensive presence in other countries., including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore. In some of these countries, they may operate under different brand names, though.

to expand the puzzle I have another one with exactly the same size and the same style
and this time an English company with an extensive presence in other countries

Figleaf

Would you consider this 22.3 mm specimen as same style? The company is based in London (UK). Randstad has three offices there.
